 I seem to remember getting snowed in at Kei and Tifa's on this day last year. This time, I'm snowed in in Maryland, desperately hoping roads will be clear enough to head North on Monday.

I like snow, but there is such a thing as too much of a good thing, ne?

  • 17:51:04: Today, I: 1) cooked an 8-pound saurbraten 2) boiled 18 potatoes for kartofflekloesse 3) gave up on the potatoes and made spaetzel ...
  • 17:52:25: ... 4) made a god-awful mess by slopping marinade on my floor 5) gave a half-assed presentation and finally, 6) crashed.
  • 17:53:19: So, I have 18 boiled potatoes in my kitchen. I need to do something with them. I'll make the kartofflekloesse and then bring them to work.
  • 17:53:35: Unless a bunch of people want mashed potatoes!
  • 17:54:03: In short: "Hurr! Me german!"
  • 18:05:17: @pseudelight I am too exhausted to hand-mash 18 potatoes tonight. How does your tomorrow look?

 Well, at least from classes. This semester.

Finals are done. I intend to stay around here for another week or so. (You know, process data at work, play some DnD, go Caroling. Maybe do a little research.)

Then I'll be headed North sometime around the 21st. Anyone desperately want to see me? Let me know.
